We don't have a parent company in another state that we owe part of your commission to, as a thank you for using their logo in our marketing materials. So, why not thank you for choosing us by paying you that commission?
To be eligible, a buyer whom is not currently working with another agent simply completes the following form. Then, close on a home with us as your buyers agent within 120 days, and we'll write you a check for 10% of our commission from your purchase! So, for example, if you purchase a property for $1m and our buyers agent commission is 2.5%, you will receive a check for $2,500.
